Thanks Tiku..I saw this child in a wedding I attended yesterday :)@ Shilpa, water is flowing on the other side..this child is hopeful that he might be able to touch the water :)
Oh lovely!!!! Btw, did u take the kid's parent's permission to put the pic on ur blog? Its very important these days, never who will sue you and when!! And given the number of perverts around, nobody should misuse your pic for something else!
